As your councilor, I am committed to the issues important to us: affordable housing and rent, a safe and livable Salem, and smart economic development.

These challenges haven't changed. Neither has my resolve. Since I was sworn in June 2025, I've hit the ground running:
 

• Passed a budget protecting Center 50+, Libraries, and Parks
   

• Revived councilor attendance at neighborhood associations
   

• Rode with SFD Engine 3, toured our 911 dispatch center, and walked streets with our Homeless Service Team
   

• Connected with community partners serving veterans, families, and youth experiencing homelessness
   

• Backed the Dome Building revitalization—transforming it into a hub for youth and nonprofits
